Berlin / Frankfurt – The nationwide seven-day incidence has risen again. The Robert Koch Institute (RKI) has now published the number of new corona infections per 100,000 inhabitants and week for Friday (November 19, 2021). The seven-day incidence is now just under 341, but the number of new infections has fallen compared to the previous day, but is significantly higher than on the Friday of the previous week. The case numbers of the RKI can differ from those of the individual federal states. One reason for this is the longer transmission routes between the RKI and the responsible health authorities. The RKI’s Covid-19 dashboard can also be adjusted during the day.
