Do you remember the Wii Mini that was announced by Nintendo at the end of last November exclusively for Canada? Well, as expected, it will arrive in our country , as confirmed by Nintendo in an official press release.
The Wii Mini will be launched in Spain on March 27 and logically, being a Wii, it will be compatible with the entire current catalog of the console, as well as its accessories. Yes, we have already had the Wii U within our reach for months, but the Wii Mini can be an ideal product if what you are looking for is a console with a very reasonable price and a wide range of games, including the various Marios and Zeldas, for example.
The console is slightly smaller than the original Wii and comes in a matte black color with red sides. A Wii Remote Plus and a Nunchuk are included , although following Nintendo’s policy we still do not know the exact price at which it will be launched in Spain. When it was put on sale in Canada it did so for 99.99 Canadian dollars, which is just under 75 euros in exchange. We will see if we can buy it for 79.99 euros, for example, or if we will receive it at 99.99 euros.
To celebrate the arrival of the Wii Mini to our territory, Nintendo will expand the catalog of games in the Nintendo Selects range. These new titles include ‘Mario Party 8’, ‘Wii Sports Resort’, ‘Mario Power Tennis’ and ‘Super Paper Mario’. I remind you that other games such as ‘The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess’, ‘Super Mario Galaxy’ are already part of the Nintendo Selects catalog of classics.
