2016 update
The park’s owner, Cedar Fair, announced that it would be closing the park permanently at the end of the 2016 season.
Attractions at the massive 17-acre Widwater Kingdom water park on Lake Geauga include Splash Landing, an interactive water play area with garbage bucket, the Riptide Run lazy river, the 100-foot-tall Thunder Falls waterslide tower and the Coral Cove area activity. Rounding out its water wonders are Tidal Wave Bay, Lake Geauga’s 30,000-square-foot wave pool, and Liquid Lightning, a spinning ride that’s fun (get it ?!) for the whole family.
