Beer ice cream at home: an ideal recipe for this summer

  • 1 bottle of beer
  • 6 egg yolks
  • ½ liter of whipping cream
  • ¼ kilo of sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • How to make beer ice cream:

    1. Beat the egg yolks until they change color . Add the sugar and salt while beating until you get a homogeneous mixture. Reserve.
