- Add the can of pureed sardines and a handful of grated cheese.
- Stir and portion out on the dough discs.
- Moisten the edges, fold the dough and form small packages with the filling.
- Beat the egg and paint the sardine cakes.
- Bake in moderate oven until golden brown, about 30 minutes.
Grilled squid with aioli
Ingredients:
- Squid
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Aioli
- Parsley leaves
- Aioli sauce
preparation:
- Clean the squid by removing the inside, the ink bag and the pen. Then rinse them and cut them into slices or rings.
- In a very hot frying pan with just a few drops of oil, fry them slowly without moving them.
- Cook for 3 minutes , turn them over, season them with a drizzle of oil and cook for another 3 minutes.
- It is important not to overdo it in cooking, because otherwise the squid will be a bit hard.
