    1. In a large saucepan, pour oil and heat over medium heat. Fry the onion, pepper and garlic for 5 minutes.
    2. Add the chilli, the Perrins sauce, the paprika and the cumin. Mix everything.
    3. Add the minced meat, salt and pepper to taste . Cook the meat until it loses its pink color, stirring frequently.
    4. Add the tomatoes, the broth from the boiled beans, the cayenne and the sugar and cook over low heat with the pot uncovered for half an hour. Some of the liquid has to evaporate.
    5. Add the beans or beans already boiled and cook everything together for another 10 minutes on very low heat.
    6. Rectify the final salt point.
