Ingredients:

  • 250 ml white rum
  • 120 ml dark rum
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 2 lemons
  • 15 ml blackberry syrup
  • 100 ml of carbonated water
  • 60 ml lime juice
  • 70 grams of blackberries
  • Mint leaves
  • 120 ml of passion fruit syrup (or passion fruit)
  • 30 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Maraschino cherries
  • Slice of lemon or orange to decorate
  • Crushed and cubed ice
  • How to Make Three Rum Cocktails: Strawberry Daiquiri, Blackberry Mojito, and Huracán:

    1. Strawberry Daiquiri : wash the strawberries well and cut them into small pieces.
    2. Squeeze the two lemons until you get ¼ cup.
    3. Put 200 ml of white rum, strawberries and lemon in the blender glass.
    4. Blend well and serve in a tall glass garnished with bits of strawberry.
    5. Mojito with blackberry : in a highball glass put 10 blackberries and 10 mint leaves.
    6. Add 3 lime wedges and blend.
    7. Fill the highball glass to the top with crushed ice.
    8. Pour 50 ml of white rum and 15 ml of blackberry syrup , then finish filling with carbonated water and stir. Garnish with a blackberry and a sprig of mint .
    9. Hurricane : in a cocktail shaker, put 30 ml of lemon juice, 120 ml of dark rum , 120 ml of passion fruit syrup and crushed ice .
    10. Shake vigorously for two minutes.
    11. Strain and serve in an Old Fashion tall glass . Garnish with a slice of orange and maraschino cherry. Cócteles
